The TORTOISE AND WHITE (known sometimes as the tortoiseshell and white, or the torti and white) is one of those marked breeds that is very hard to come by. The markings consist of 3 colours - black white and red, which are evenly distributed in square patches of equal size, placed alternately on either side of the body. These colours must be clear and distinct without any sign of brindling (mixing) of the colours.
